Lubrication Engineers will provide a $300 gift card to help cover mileage if you are driving.

Parking is available at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa. Self-parking is available at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa, with rates of $4.00 per hour, and $30.00 per day. Valet parking is available for $45.00 per day.

LE will cover self-parking.

If flying, you will receive a link to book your flight upon completion of your registration. You must book your flights using the link provided by September 14th. Flights booked outside of the link will not be reimbursed by LE.

Please plan to arrive in Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, October 7th. The resort is approximately 25 minutes from the airport.

You may depart at your leisure on Friday, October 9th.

Yes, transportation will be arranged for you upon arrival and departure in Savannah. Lubrication Engineers will have shuttles taken to and from The Westin Savannah Harbor Resort based on your arrival time. The resort is approximately 25 minutes from Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport.

Welcome Reception – Resort Casual. This includes pants, skirts or dresses, button down shirts and sweaters. 

Business Sessions – Business Casual. This includes pants, skirts or dresses, button up shirts and sweaters. Jackets optional, no ties. 

Award Dinner – Smart Casual. This includes nice pants, elegant dresses or jumpsuits, button down collared shirts, sport jackets, ties optional.

October is a beautiful time to visit Savannah, with warm days and comfortable evenings. Expect daytime temperatures in the upper 70s to low 80s and cooler evenings in the upper 50s to low 60s. Lightweight layers are recommended.
